God+School= Un-constitutional ?
That's the common equation when it comes to the seperation of church and state . Politians are throwing a fit because of 'character' classes states are now requiring students to take (because aparrently teaching children it's not nice to hurt/kill their fellow students
is too religious and they don't want to press that on children -and yet they cry for stricter guns laws when a student shoots his fellow classmates, which will do nothing  because it's not the guns that kill).
  It's quite insane .
So, what exactly is the seperation of church and state ?
Absolutely Nothing !
The word church isn't anywhere in the constitution or any of the following amendments , so therefore , logicaly , who can there be a seperatn of church and state when there is no church for the state to be seperated from?

The only thing that is covered by the constution is the
1st amendment :

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishmet of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof "

so what would you call the seperation of church and state according to the above section ? It would infringe appon our first ammendment rights. Prayer in schools *is* the free exercise thereof .

Their case is so full of holes it's not funny ! The only thing there is to consitter is the other peoples' 1st ammendment rights .

Where do they get the seperation of church and state ?

ARTICLE 124. In order to ensure to citizens freedom of conscience, the church is separated from the state, and the school from the church. Freedom of religious worship and freedom of antireligious propaganda is recognized for all citizens.
-from the constitution of the *former* U.S.S.R.
